I have had this recipe bookmarked for awhile now. Tonight the stars were aligned and I baked it. I cut the recipe in half. Perfect size for a weekend treat for 2 people. I could have sworn I had a small springform pan. I ended up lining a 6" cake pan with parchment paper. Seemed to work fine.
The aroma in the kitchen while this was in the oven was heavenly.
And the cake looks so cute! I am tempted to sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top.
